Mod 2

So we started our Mod 2 last weekend, and it's all about bread.  I made a hedgehog out of bread dough. Complete with top hat and cane.

This weekend, we made focaccia, ciabatta, pizza, whole grain rolls, sourdough, doughnuts and pretzels.  I think that's it? lol  No injuries!! =] I don't have pics yet, but will upload them when I have them.   Sorry so short, but I don't have much to write about. =/
